Prayer to request
the beatification of Anne-Marie Martel

God our Father,
You have chosen your servant Anne-Marie Martel
To give her during her short life on earth,
through your Holy Spirit, following your Son Jesus,
the grace to live in the divine presence,
and to be attentive to the sick and the little people who are forgotten.
Her profound recollection before the Blessed Sacrament
and her long hours of prayer that made her say to God :
"May all my pleasure be to please you".,
Her zeal to respond to the needs of Christian instruction
of the poor girls and women of her time,
are at the origin of religious,
beatitudes or variously consecrated persons to continue
to continue through the ages and in many countries
what you gave her to live.

Through his intercession, grant us the graces we ask of you...

Grant that the prayers we ask of you may be answered
that this humble servant may be recognized
and presented by the Church as a model of Christian life
and apostolate, especially of those vocations
which our world so desperately needs.
We ask this with confidence, relying on her prayer,
and, above all, on the prayer of Jesus the Great Prayerful!
